    Tom and Ennio focus their energies on just three branches - Germany, Italy and the UK - but open up to telephone surveys in all EU countries, North and South America.

    The company achieves maturity with over 300 research studies per year, over one million telephone interviews with a geographical scope of over 80 countries.

  • The Digital Revolution

    From analogue to digital, the company starts a data collection activity via CAWI (online surveys) using social networks to reach respondents.

  • Vocal Revolution

    Ennio experiences quantitative interviews using technologies such as webcam interviews and voice assistants (Alexa).

  • CATI@home

    The company develops a system for interviewers to work from home and CATI@home, a global remote call centre, is born.
