The employee, within the Operation area, will support Project Managers with all typical activities of the field. More specifically, s/he will be involved in supporting the following activities:
- Project analysis and definition: first contact with client, target definition, questionnaire analysis, sharing info with the team.
- Activities plan: timing, budget and resources needed coordination.
- Task assignment to relative departments.
- Project progress assessment.
- Total cost analysis.
- Client contact and requests management during the entire project duration.
A qualified applicant will fulfill the following requirements:
- Fluent English and French.
- Good knowledge for Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good listening and teamwork skills.
